The Long and Winding Road

I have a long and winding road to travel next week that will lead me to my new home. I'll be joining my husband in Ohio. That is right, Ohio, not North Carolina. I'm hanging up my real estate hat for the time being as I enjoy the move and settling in to our new home area. My husband hails from Ohio and it was time to go home. VA Loan Changes

There are changes coming in 2020 to the VA Loan Program that are important to know. The changes are the result of a slight overhaul to the program after the passing of H.R.299 which has opened up services and benefits to service members who previously were not entitled to them. These veterans are known as the Blue Water Veterans and served in Vietnam just beyond the 12 miles to shore limit. This bill gives them access to things long overdue to them.
